MO Minimum : Elevators	(S) - Fire Service	(S)1	x	x	The fireman's emergency service phase I and II operations was tested and the following deficiency was noted: Upon activation of fireman’s emergency service phase I, the elevator car returned to the primary floor as required BUT DID NOT open the rear opening where the fireman’s phase I key is located. This shall be corrected to open the rear door where the key switch is to comply with installation code. Reinspection required in 30 days.	1/7/2021
