MO Minimum : Elevators	(G) - Maintenance, Repair and Replacements	8.6.1.6 General Maintenance Methods		The emergency return system was tested and did not operated as designed, the elevator failed to return to a lower floor and open its doors. Repair the device to operate as it is designed. Reinspection is required.
