MO Minimum : Elevators	(G) - Maintenance, Repair and Replacements	8.6.1.2.1 General Maintenance Requirements Documentation	A written Maintenance Control Program (MCP) shall be in place to maintain the equipment in compliance with the requirements of 8.6.The MCP shall include but not limited to examinations, tests, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments to applicable components at regular intervals.
MO Minimum : Elevators	(G) - Maintenance, Repair and Replacements	8.6.1.2.2(b) On-Site Documentation (Procedures for Inspections and Tests)	Unusual testing procedures not outlined in A17.2 shall be present and accessible according to this code section. ASME A17.1 2004 with 2005 Addendum and 2005 : Elevators	4.2 - Hoistway doors	8.6.4.13	The hoistway door interlock cover is missing on the 8th floor and shall be reinstalled to prevent accidental contact to maintenance and emergency personnel.
