MO Minimum : Elevators	(M) - Car Safeties and Speed Governors	(M)1	x	x	The elevator car safeties when activated with a full load did not perform to the minimum requirement (7”). After subtracting the safety shoe (6”) the actual slide was 4”. The car safeties shall be cleaned, readjusted, and retested before the elevator can be returned to service.	7/28/2023
