Currently, personnel must cross roof, climb up and over an approximately 42" high part of building and back down the other side to reach the machine room. There are no ladders or railing protecting persons from fall hazard on the side of this part of roof. Note: If this violation is not corrected at the time of the next annual inspection, a re-inspection will be required.
