This couldn't be investigated because of standing water in the pit. The water shall be removed, and the pit structures inspected to determine structural integrity. If any are found to be unsound, they shall be replaced.

MO Minimum : Elevators	(G) - Maintenance, Repair and Replacements	8.6.5.5.2 Oil Leakage Collection		A written record shall be kept of the quantity of hydraulic fluid added to the system and emptied from leakage collection containers and pans. A suitable container shall be provided in the pit.
