MO Minimum : Elevators	(G) - Maintenance, Repair and Replacements	8.6.1.6 General Maintenance Methods			The battery back–up lowering device was tested and did not operate as designed, the elevator failed to return to a lower floor and open its doors. Repair the device to operate as it is designed.
