These include but not limited to procedures for tests, periodic inspections, maintenance, replacements, adjustments, and repairs for traction-loss detection means, broken-suspension-member detection means, residual-strength detection means, and related circuits.

ASME A17.1 2004 with 2005 Addendum and 2005 : Elevators	2.6 - Ventilation	2.8.4	Condensation from the HVAC unit in the machine room is not draining properly resulting in water running into the machine room floor and the hoistway. Properly collect and discharge condensation.
