The battery back–up lowering device was tested and did not operate as designed, the elevator failed to return to a lower floor and open its doors. Repair the device to operate as it is designed.

The inspection is incomplete due to electrical issues. Need to perform the following tests to complete inspection:2nd & top floors need tested, emergency lights, bell and phone, fire service, door pressures, battery lowering device. The relief pressure and the pit stop switch and bottom floor door are the only things that were tested. Re-inspection required
