The State of Missouri has determined that this device does not suffice for oil leakage and is only allowed for temporary use until the packing gland can be repaired/replaced. Remove the recovery unit after the packing gland has been repaired/replaced and record the oil loss per A17.1 2016 - 8.6.5.5.7	10/14/2020
