ASME A17.1 2004 with 2005 Addendum and 2005 : Elevators	3.4 - Top-of-car Clearance, Refuge Space, & Standard Railing	2.14.1.7 Railing and Equipment on Top of Cars			A supplemental safety hand rail has been added to the top of the elevator car that strikes the deflector sheeve at the top of the hoistway when the elevator travels up to its full travel. The handrail is now disfigured and shall be re-fabricated to not strike the deflector sheeve to the clearances in accordance to A17.1 2004a. No red tag issued as this condition has been present for an undetermined amount of time.	3/29/2024
