Note: The telephone line is a cell phone adapter provided by Kings 3. The 120VAC GFCI receptacle it's plugged into has failed. The cell phone adapter is backed up by a battery, but is not designed to operate permanently on battery power alone. When we tested it on battery power, the phone line adapter or the Otis phone appears to be programmed to dial the wrong number, and was therefore unsuccessful in establishing a connection.	3/19/2024
