A17.1-1996 : Elevators	4.2 - Hoistway doors	110	The hoistway doors have not had the fire retaining tabs installed on them. Fire retaining tabs are required to keep the hoistway door intact in case of extreme heat conditions. Install fire retaining tabs on all hoistway doors.
