A17.1-1996 : Elevators	3.17 - Door and gate equipment	110		The fire tabs (Hoistway Door Safety Retainers) is not installed on the top hoistway door. The fire tab shall be installed to retain the hoistway doors in the closed position if the primary means fails.

A17.1-2016 : Elevators	1.17 - Standby power operation	8.6.4.19.7 (Re-Inspection)	x	This elevator has a backup emergency generator power that is used in case of a power outage. This system shall be scheduled to be tested and a reinspection is required. This requirement is due to the State of Missouri adopting the A17.1 2016 version of the elevator safety code. Reinspection required.

Provide a proper plate on the front of the controller or mainline disconnect.
