ASME A17.1 2004 with 2005 Addendum and 2005 : Elevators	11 CSR 40-5.090 Inspection and Testing	8.6.5.16.5 Over Speed Valve Testing		The presence of an overspeed valve has been confirmed, along with an installation date of 2011. The overspeed valve shall be scheduled for a category 5 test as required by A17.1 2016 - 8.6.5.16.5, 8.11.3.1.5(q), on or before the 2025 annual due date per MO AHJ. Note: Approval given by Chief Inspector Gus Guadamuz for this valve to have category 5 test in 2025 to coincide with other units at location due in 2025.	5/19/2023
