There are no smoke detectors located at each landing and machine room to initiate phase I fireman service. Smoke detectors need to be installed at each landing and machine room tied into the elevator controller to operate as required. Please note the building is not occupied at this time and has just had major renovations completed, no red tag issued at this time.
