MO Minimum : Elevators	(G) - Maintenance, Repair and Replacements	8.6.1.2.2(b) On-Site Documentation (Procedures for Inspections and Tests)	Unusual testing procedures not outlined in A17.2 shall be present and accessible according to this code section. These include but not limited to procedures for tests, periodic inspections, maintenance, replacements, adjustments, and repairs for traction-loss detection means, broken-suspension-member detection means, residual-strength detection means, and related circuits.

ASME A17.1 2004 with 2005 Addendum and 2005 : Elevators	4.2 - Hoistway doors	8.6.4.13	The hoistway door interlock cover is missing on the 8th floor and shall be reinstalled to prevent accidental contact to maintenance and emergency personnel.
