Missouri Minimum : Platform Lifts	(U) - Existing Vertical and Inclined Platform Lifts	(U)1 (Re-Inspect)	x	x	The slack rope device shall activate when the ropes lose tension, causing power to be removed from the valve and pump motor. Considerable slack in the ropes did not cause the slack rope device to actuate during the test. This unit has been red tagged and taken out of service. This item must be corrected, and a re-inspection performed before it can return to operation.	8/27/2024
