ASME A17.1 2004 with 2005 Addendum and 2005 : Elevators	1.6 - Car emergency signal	8.6.4.15 Phone or alarm not functioning (Mandatory Re-Inspection due in 14 days)	x	The elevator ADA telephone inside the elevator would not activate with the 110V disconnect in the machine room in the “off” position indicating that the battery had been depleted. Replaced the battery of this phone for proper operation and passenger safety. Reinspection required.	7/20/2023

Only a machine room inspection was performed, a full inspection shall be performed before the annual is completed. Reinspection is required.
