ASME A17.1 2004 with 2005 Addendum and 2005 : Elevators	4.5 - Access to Hoistway	8.6.4.14 Hoistway Access Switches		Hoistway access switches shall be maintained. The hoistway access key-switch at the bottom landing in the hallway has a broken bezel and was pushed through the fixture, exposing a hole into the fixture box. It shall be repaired or replaced.
