The width of the working space of the main elevator disconnect shall in no case be less than the width of the disconnect. A surge suppressor has been mounted directly under the handle and immediately next to the disconnect. With the handle in the open position, it hits the suppressor. It shall be moved to meet the clearance requirements of NFPA 110.26.

The width of the working space of the main elevator disconnect shall in no case be less than the width of the disconnect. A surge suppressor has been mounted directly under the handle and immediately next to the disconnect. With the handle in the open position, it hits the suppressor. It shall be moved to meet the clearance requirements of NFPA 110.26.
