Missouri Minimum : Escalators	11 CSR 40-5.090 Inspection and Testing	8.6.11.6.1(b)(Not accessible to public)		The escalator has been placed out of service and is being used as a means of egress. The escalator shall be either returned to service or properly barricaded to prevent the public from using the escalator as a stairway.
