Install a fire alarm initiating device to active Phase 1 fire service at each floor served by the elevator and in the associated elevator machine room. Elevator not Red Tagged. Spoke to the State of Missouri and there are no notes or variances filed with the state. Attempted to contact STL County Supervisor but unable to get a return call. Devices shall be installed and tested for compliance or a variance applied for.
