Test incomplete, need to perform the following test to complete inspection: Pull out and pull through force of governor, test tripping speeds of governor overspeed switch and governor jaws, unintended movement test with 125% of rated load, traction drive machine brake test with 125% of rated load & test car safeties with rated load at rated speed. Re-inspection required
