There appears to be a recently installed sprinkler head in the machine room, if this sprinkler head was not existing prior to July 1st, 1999, provide a heat detector within 24" of sprinkler head, provide a shunt trip type breaker located in the machine room, and provide 110v monitoring of shunt trip.

This elevator is equipped with an over speed valve that in not sealed. A category 5 test shall be performed on the over speed valve in 2021 or 2022. The valve shall be sealed and tagged after the category 5 test.
