The cab ceiling is of the open type, which does not provide protection from the light bulbs should they shatter. The lights shall be guarded by plastic sleeve or some other means to properly protect passengers.

There is no protection found on this elevator power supply to prevent accidental motor phase reversal. Without a motor phase reversal device, there is a greater potential for equipment damage when a power loss occurs. Provide a motor phase reversal device on the elevator power supply.
