The car door restrictor device shall be adjusted so that it will properly catch and restrict opening of the car doors to a maximum of 4 inches when the car is away from the landing zone. Reinspection is required.

The car safety governor rope has deteriorated with multiple wire breaks shall be replaced in 90 days. A reinspection and permit is required.
