Elevator door at the 6th floor shall not be bolted shut, the elevator still stops at the 6th floor. Elevator does not have access to all floors on phase 2 fire service. Independent service is not overridden on phase 1 fire service recall. This is the second time this has been written up. Requires a reinspection
