The elevator was altered in 2001, but looks as though the original jack was retained. No data exists on site to determine the original install date, but it looks like an old Haughton jack).

This unit shall be equipped with firefighter's operation as required by A17.1 1996 Sections 211.5, 1202.12d, 1202.13. (Note: This elevator had a major alteration which included a new controller, pump unit, and fixtures in 2001. It doesn't have firefighter's operation. It's a freight with manual bi-parting doors and isn't equipped with hall call buttons, only car call buttons, but it is an automatic elevator). Elevator is not red tagged.
