The cab ceiling is of the open egg-crate type, which does not provide protection from the light bulbs should they shatter. The lights shall be guarded by plastic sleeve or some other means to properly protect passengers. Repair ceiling tiles so they don't fall on occupants

Need to perform the following tests to complete the Cat 5 inspection: governor pull out and pull through force, check tripping speed of governor switch and governor jaws, set car safeties with rated load at rated speed, check tripping speed of OSV & relief valve pressure. Re-inspection required
