No emergency exit locking hatch due to a solid fixed ladder mounted to the rear wall that provides full time access to the rusted,flimsy car top covered with open wiring not in conduits,no covers on boxes or troughs.

Car top is covered in rust and is extremely flimsy and is highly recommended to be replaced entirely.

this pit is full of oil and bio-hazardous chicken processing fluids. there is no means of oil collection per A17.1 1996 302.g. recent addition of 5 gallons of hydraulic fluid to the system on 3/3 2021 in order to reach top floor, became evident that at least that much oil leaked overnight. Undetermined cause of oil loss caused me to take this unit out of service until such time as to the cause of fluid leak can be further explored. left unit on the buffers with main line valve closed and Red Tag applied to disconnect
