A written record shall be kept of the quantity of hydraulic fluid added to the system and emptied from leakage collection containers and pans. The written record shall be kept in the machine room.

This elevator is equipped with an overspeed valve that in not sealed. A category 5 test shall be performed on the overspeed valve on or before the next annual inspection. The valve shall be sealed and tagged after the category 5 test.

A code compliant MCP and all the on-site documentation required by A17.1 2016 - 8.6.1.2.2 and 8.6.1.4 shall be provided in the machine room. Maintenance/repair records, oil use log, and evacuation procedures are missing.
