On Phase I & II fire service, elevator starts and stops and will not return to main landing. This is an entrapment hazard so elevator was taken out of service until repaired.

Phase I did not initiate when the fireman's emergency service key was turned to the “ON” position. If not repaired in 15 days the elevator will be locked out of services per Gus Guadamuz. Fenton Fire Protection District has been notified along with signage posted indicating this deficiency.
