Auxiliary power lowering unit (emergency rescue unit) does not work. Power supply has not been removed. Elevator controller has wiring and circuit board for emergency rescue unit. Also needs auxiliary contacts installed in mainline disconnect for proper operation, needs repaired. Re-inspection required
