A17.1-2016 : Elevators	1.12 - Car enclosure	8.10.3.2.1(l)			The handrails on the side interior of the elevator cab are missing, and the rear handrail is not secure. Equipment attached within the car enclosure shall be securely fastened and so supported that they will not loosen or become displaced in ordinary service.
