This inspection started in the morning, there was no working alarm, 2-way communication, or emergency light, and an issue with access to the hoistway. The elevator was red tagged.

After the elevator was red tagged in the morning, the maintenance company was able to correct the red tag items and the red tag was removed. The annual inspection and category 1 test still need to be completed. Only soft set of the safeties and spinning of the governor was completed.
