Each freight elevator car enclosure shall be provided with a top. Car tops shall be constructed to sustain a load of 200 lbs applied at any point on the car top. Loose car top grating panel shall be secured to the car.

This elevator is equipped with an over speed valve that in not sealed. A category 5 test shall be performed on the over speed valve on or before the next annual inspection. The valve shall be sealed and tagged after the category 5 test.
