This unit has been placed out of service and in inactive status according to CSR-40-5.090. The car has been properly positioned in the hoistway, all doors are in closed position, fuses removed and stored in a separate location, red tagged and locked out of service. The elevator can remain in this state for a maximum of 2 years.
