All other elevators shall have warning chains hung within two inches (2") of the edge of the platform on the entrance sides. Chains shall be of number ten (10) U.S. gauge wire or of equal size. Chains shall extend not less than five feet (5') below the platform and shall not be spaced more than four inches (4") apart. No platform guard.
