The machine room lighting has been changed to a motion type switch to activate. While this is an energy saving measure, it is also a safety / code concern. Without motion, the switch de-activates the lighting, thereby leaving maintenance personnel with no lighting. Remove motion type switch and replace with a conventional on/off switch.
