A pit ladder shall be installed in the pit. The ladder shall extend not less than 30" above the sill of the access floor. The ladder shall be made of non-combustible material. The ladder that is installed for this pit is unsafe and is not code compliant. 30 Days to correct violation and have a re-inspection, per MO AHJ.

Car and cwt, butters w/ full load, safties w/ full load, 125% break, emergency lighting, alarm bell, emergency phone, and door pressure must be tested to complete CAT 5 testing.
