A pit ladder shall be installed in the pit. The ladder shall extend not less than 30" above the sill of the access floor. The ladder shall be made of non-combustible material. The ladder that is installed for this pit is unsafe and is not code compliant. 30 Days to correct violation and have a re-inspection, per MO AHJ.

Unit has been RED TAGGED due to governor tripping to soon. Eletrical swtich and jaws tripping at lower speed than indicated on governor data tag. Governor must be adjusted to trip at speed consistent with data tag and then sealed.
