The elevator machine room cannot be used for storage. Remove the items being stored in the machine room to provide proper room for maintenance to be performed.

The machine room lighting has been changed to a motion type switch to activate. While this is an energy saving measure, it also is a safety code concern. Without motion the switch deactivates the lighting, thereby leaving maintenance personnel with no lighting. Remove motion type switch to a conventional on/off switch

The testing has not been completed on the elevator at this time. Testing was suspended after Elevator #1 was red tagged. Only the elevator hoistway and pit were inspected. Reinspection required.
