Sprinkler in top of hoistway. Need heat detector within 24" or less from sprinkler head. Smoke detector needed in top of Hoistway. Disconnect needs to be Shunt trip. Repair greenfield to disconnect. Newly installed heat and smoke detectors need to be tested.
