Need to test to complete Cat 5 test: test car safeties with rated load at rated speed, car buffer at rated speed with rated load, counterweight buffer at rated speed, machine brake with 125% of rated load, cab emergency lighting, alarm bell, 2 way communication, & test elevator for operation on emergency power. Re-inspection required

Upon performing the required five year full load, the elevator safety governor was found to have an excessive amount of pull-through force. The maximum allowed pull-through force is 925 lbs. Repair or replacement of the governor is required and a reinspection shall be performed before the elevator can be returned to service.
