The testing has not been completed on the elevator at this time, other elevators in the building have been red tagged. Only a machine room, hoistway, and governor inspection have been performed, a full inspection shall be performed before the category 5 test is completed. Reinspection is required.

This elevator has a backup emergency generator power that is used in case of a power outage. This system shall be scheduled to be tested and a reinspection is required. This requirement is due to the State of Missouri adopting the A17.1 2016 version of the elevator safety code. Reinspection required.
