This elevator has a backup emergency generator power that is used in case of a power outage. This system shall be scheduled to be tested and a reinspection is required. This requirement is due to the State of Missouri adopting the A17.1 2016 version of the elevator safety code. Reinspection required.

The elevator developed brake issues during the testing and had to be taken out of service and repairs can be made. Items still need to be performed: 125% brake test, car buffer test and set the safeties with a full load. Re-inspection required
