This unit has had a drop ceiling installed and the bolts are sticking through the car top, the bolts need to be cut off so that they don't cause a tripping hazard for the maintenance personnel working on the cartop

A new drop ceiling has been installed at some point with the anchor bolts protruding through the car top approximately 4". The anchor bolts shall be cut off smooth on the car top as not to cause a tripping hazard or potential injury to maintenance or emergency personnel. This is the second notice about the anchor bolts, needs to be completed within 30 days. Re-inspection required
