Re-inspection of battery lowering rescue unit. Upon removal of mainline power, car automatically returned to bottom landing without the use of a jumper. Auxiliary contacts may be wired incorrectly or needs additional set of contacts & wiring to prevent elevator from automatically lowering when mainline power is removed. Also, door would not open to let passengers out of the elevator. Re-inspection required
