Floor selection buttons shall be provided in the car to permit travel to all landings served by the car and they shall be operative at all times when on phase 2 operation. The car calls serving the two entrances which have been bolted shut and walled over shall be removed and a blank cover shall be installed in their place, or access to these entrances shall be restored. - Unit not red tagged. 14 days to comply or unit will be red tagged.
